In-stock items will ship from our warehouse within 2 business days.

For out-of-stock items, customers will be notified of estimated delivery times. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by supplier availability, carrier delays, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Fairino Canada is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer once the product has been delivered to the shipping address or transferred to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Returns and Cancellations

Returns may be accepted only with prior written approval from Fairino Canada. Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging unless otherwise agreed.

Custom orders, special orders, used products, installed products, and opened automation equipment may not be eligible for return.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs and restocking fees where applicable.

Products may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms may vary by product.

Fairino Canada will assist customers with warranty claims where applicable, but warranty coverage is ultimately subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fairino Canada will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, production downtime, lost business, or loss of data.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product or service will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific product or service.
