This Shipping Policy applies to products purchased from Key Robotics Inc., operating as Fairino Canada. By placing an order with us, you agree to the shipping terms below.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed during regular business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.

Items marked “In Stock” will normally ship from our warehouse within 2 business days after order confirmation and payment approval, unless otherwise stated.

Orders requiring configuration, inspection, testing, documentation, special packaging, freight arrangements, or customer-specific preparation may require additional processing time.

2. Out-of-Stock Items

For items that are out of stock, backordered, special order, or supplied directly from a manufacturer or distributor, customers will be notified of the estimated delivery time.

Estimated delivery dates for out-of-stock items are provided for planning purposes only and may change due to supplier availability, production delays, customs clearance, freight delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of significant changes to expected delivery timing.

3. Shipping Methods

Shipping methods may vary depending on the product size, weight, value, destination, and availability of carriers.

Small items may ship by courier or parcel service. Larger products, including robots, controllers, pedestals, conveyors, tooling, guarding, or automation equipment, may require freight, LTL, dedicated transport, or customer-arranged pickup.

We reserve the right to select the appropriate shipping method unless a specific method has been agreed to in writing.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included unless specifically stated on the quotation, invoice, or order confirmation.

Shipping charges may include freight, insurance, fuel surcharges, residential delivery fees, liftgate fees, inside delivery fees, remote-area fees, customs brokerage, duties, taxes, or other carrier-related charges where applicable.

Any additional shipping services requested by the customer may result in extra charges.

5. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

Fairino Canada is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, border delays, supplier delays, weather, labour disruptions, incorrect delivery information, customer unavailability, or other events outside our reasonable control.

6. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of order.

Additional charges may apply if an order must be redirected, re-shipped, stored, or returned due to incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability.

7. Tracking Information

Where available, tracking information will be provided after the order has shipped.

For freight shipments, delivery appointments, receiving instructions, forklift requirements, dock access, or unloading requirements may need to be confirmed before shipment.

8. Receiving Freight Shipments

For freight deliveries, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is able to receive the shipment safely.

This may include having a loading dock, forklift, pallet jack, sufficient staff, or liftgate service available.

Customers should inspect all shipments before signing the delivery receipt. If visible damage is present, the damage should be noted on the carrier’s paperwork and reported to Fairino Canada as soon as possible.

9. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Shipments

Customers must report damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments promptly after delivery.

Please retain all packaging, shipping labels, pallets, crates, and documentation until the issue has been reviewed. Photos of the damaged packaging and product may be required to support a carrier claim.

Failure to report damage or shortages promptly may limit our ability to assist with a claim.

10. Customer Pickup

Customer pickup may be available by prior arrangement.

Pickup orders must be scheduled in advance and may require confirmation that the customer has suitable equipment, vehicle capacity, and load-securing materials.

Risk of loss or damage may transfer to the customer once the product is released for pickup.

11. Shipping Within Canada Only

Fairino Canada currently ships products within Canada only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders, deliveries, service arrangements, and freight coordination are limited to Canadian addresses unless otherwise agreed in writing.
